27Match verifies your address against five compliance layers — zoning, proximity rules, sensitive zones, and operating hours — before your listing goes live.

Verified operators request bookings
Only Permit Verified operators can see and request your listing. You review their profile, cuisine type, and truck dimensions, then approve or decline.

Agreement signed, booking confirmed
A digital property use agreement is signed in-platform by both parties. Payment is held in escrow and released after the booking date. No chasing checks.
